Method statement for MVAC

Method statement for MVAC is related to Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all the systems of MVAC. Installation procedures of following areas shall be described throughout the document.

·       VRF indoor and outdoor units installation

·       Roof top package units installation

·       Refrigerant pipe installation

·       Drain pipe work

·       Ventilation system

·       Diffuser and grill installation

·       Duct installation

·       Testing & Commissioning system

Apart from above installation and testing process, preparation of shop drawings, material handling and storing procedures shall be described with this document.

Installation, material handling and storing process shall be carried out following with approved health and safety procedure defined in this method statement.

The purpose of this document is to define the proper procedure for the above installations to implement the most correct method of installation and testing which cause to minimize the delays due to defects.
